Job roles and responsibilities :
Maintain relationship with our customer account and partner (Master Dealer, Dealer, SI, Reseller)
Leading project to partner and follow up project from partner
Sale presentation to distributor, dealer, SI and end user
Product and sale training for partner
Negotiate the price with customer
Reach company target (Sale target)

Job roles and responsibilities :
Bachelor's degree or Higher.
IT products and B2B (Business to Business) experience will be an advantage.
Have basic skill in both written and read English.
High personal standard for excellence in work, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication ability and capability to work with all kinds of people.

Job roles and responsibilities :
Building & Configuring for networking environment
Deployment, upgrading, monitoring, and administration of product (Cyberoam UTM firewall, Kaspersky)
Day-to-day operational support and maintenance of product (Cyberoam UTM firewall, Kaspersky)
Perform system optimization and improvement
Perform product (Cyberoam UTM firewall, Kaspersky) Troubleshooting
Support for Systems admin, Troubleshooting, and helpdesk support.
Network access monitoring
Technical presentation to distributor, dealer, SI and end user
Product technical training

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree or Higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or any related field.
Prior experience is helpful.
Knowledge of data acquisition tools, basic understanding of computing and networks is needed.
Experience on Linux System administration
Experience on Windows Server 2000/2003
Skills in Network applications such as Cisco router, switch, TCP/IP protocol
Mail administration (including spam filtering solutions)
Experience in Network security (firewalls, antivirus solutions, etc.)
Must communicate fluently in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Provides multi-level Technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing Storage Hardware and Software issues / problems.
Implement new / upgrade existing storage management products environment.
Responsible for managing Storage Infrastructure related Incidents / Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA. High level of proficiency in Storage administration and Troubleshooting.
Maintain reports on disk utilization, availability and growth patterns.
Ensure availability of system management product and its functionality.
Ongoing support for future enhancement and customization request for specific purpose.
Advise and conduct knowledge and practice transfer to relate IT administrator and system operation group.
Provide recommendations to improve the Storage infrastructure and address / lead critical issues and root cause analysis.
Actively contributes to the configuration, layout and performance tuning of Storage Infrastructure. Perform necessary Storage infrastructure maintenance activities and data migration, as required. Ability to identify scalability, performance and integration issues and propose optimal solutions.
Should be able to collaborate across products / vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution.
Should be able to provide technical guidance to other team members.
May be required to work as on-call support to provide 24x7 support.

Qualification :
0-5 Years of Storage Admin experience.
Highly Skilled in Administration, Migration and troubleshooting of TOP BRAND Storages process of above storage systems.
Excellent knowledge of hardware and software components in Storage domain.
Fabric Administration / Troubleshooting / Implementation / Upgrade Cisco / Brocade.
Administration of TOP BRAND storage.
Good Hands on experience on multiple UNIX /Windows flavors.
Understanding of High Availability Products like - Volume Manager (Native / VxVM), Cluster software.
Shell / Perl Scripting knowledge for automation.
Experience in SAN related host connectivity for various Operating systems like EMC, Solaris, Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Dell, Infortrend, Netapp, Windows and VMware.
Strong understanding of Storage security practices and tools.

Personality Specifications required :
Fluent standard read / write capabilities in Thai and English.
Proven experience in IT Infrastructure management environments.
